    Guided Meditation

    Guided meditation is a tool I find to be very helpful in facilitating connection with the Self and facilitating healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s also fun! I guide and facilitate both group and individual healing sessions using guided meditation in combination with creative expression, (mainly journaling and/or drawing/painting,) to hold space for and facilitate your process.

    Creative Expression

    Creative expression is a powerful tool for healing and transformation. The right hemisphere (where intuition and holistic thought reside) of the brain is important to access for deeper levels of healing. Creative expression accessing this part of the brain. Using the hands, involving the body through physical movement expressively, taps into the amazing self healing capacities we all have. The tools I use for my own healing practice, and facilitate with others for creative expression are writing, drawing/painting, and clay. Through these tools you will connect with, and explore your true Self and the wonderful healing capacities therein.
